Qualifications, Skills and Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled self-starters who will apply innovative and creative solutions in a client-centric environment and who work with clients to drive the design and development of healthcare’s newest applications. Our teams work with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of application development; from strategy and roadmap development, user research, design and the delivery of the product.

A PointClear team member will:

• have a degree level education; other post graduate and industry qualifications are welcomed.
• be prepared to travel as the job requires
• have the right to live and work anywhere in the US but preferable close to our core client locations
• have up to three years experience within or working with consulting with particular focus on User Experience or the development of software and mobile applications
• apply and use PointClear engagement processes and methodologies but also be able to remain flexible and open-minded to enables our clients’ unique goals and objectives to be effectively achieved
• be able to quickly and sensitively capture and understand customer requirements, deliver appropriate advice and guidance in an open, transparent and ethical manner, while managing customer expectations and providing a realistic and pragmatic approach to commitments and deliverables
• have excellent problem-solving capabilities, drawing upon past experiences and structured analysis but always looking to be creative and innovative
• be able to operate within both a strategic context and also deal with detailed tasks within the broader scheme of a project or program of work
• not only have strong delivery capabilities but will also be able to identify, nurture and bring to fruition potential sales opportunities
• be able to further develop PointClear’s Intellectual Property through the creation of innovative approaches and techniques
• be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams to deliver effective results
• be able to develop successful working relationships both internally and with clients
