Who We Are
Our team consists of professionals with deep experience in building and delivering applications in the Healthcare arena. Our consultants have worked with the Centers for Disease Control, MedicAlert, Emageon, Microsoft, Open BioSystems, Thomson Healthcare, Novartis, AstraZeneca, St. Vincent’s Hospital (Birmingham, Alabama), University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center, and many others.

We come from varied backgrounds – science, engineering, software development, design, and usability. We formed our company so that our complementary approaches could find a home where innovation and creative thinking are commonplace.

Blaine Anderson, COO
Blaine started out as a "rocket scientist" at NASA, but scrubbed that mission and joined an internet startup in 2000--just in time for the crash. Since then, he has been involved with helping clients build software that works while helping grow an IT services company and, most recently, co-founding PointClear Solutions.

Donnie Gooch, Director of Technology
Donnie is about putting it all together and proving that projects with vision consistently exceed customer expectations. Donnie believes that knowing the people and the processes make good solutions great. Donnie is the Solutionist.

Dr. Neal Evans, Ph.D. , CTO
Neal's passion is for finding ways to use technology to help clients solve difficult problems and to enhance the experience of their customers. Neal believes that software should be developed to help those who will use it, not for the gratification of the people who build it. In short, Neal believes in Software with Soul.

Lee Farabaugh, Director of User Experience
Lee has a background in web design and project management, but is most passionate about making software products usable. She specializes in user interface design and testing, and preaches the mantra, “Know thy users, for they are not you.”
